Job Description: Cabinets by Computer is looking for a dynamic Product Sales Manager to spearhead new revenue growth and drive our market expansion. In this pivotal role within our GTM strategy, your results will drive product innovation, support customer transformation, and help establish our products as a market-leading software solutions.

Responsibilities: Contact, qualify, and convert prospects into the sales funnel. Deliver compelling product demonstrations both remotely and in person, presenting a compelling business case for change. Recognise customer needs and provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our software solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities and pipeline status. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers. Accountability & Reporting: Increase net new software sales and annual recurring revenue (ARR) in line with performance targets. Develop commercial strategies to grow product revenue nationally. Track key performance metrics and accurately forecast revenue growth in Pipedrive. Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly sales initiatives and performance to internal stakeholders. Prepare monthly reports or presentations and attend scheduled Team Alignment Meetings. Clearly and comprehensively document customer interactions in our CRM. Skills and Competencies: Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in: Outbound software sales (SaaS), OR Experience as a sales manager / rep for cabinet making supplies, or sales / BDM experience for a joinery. Demonstrable product and industry knowledge, with the ability to understand customer use cases and provide trustworthy recommendations. Strong industry contacts and understanding of the cabinetmaking or joinery industry. Ability to connect with customers over their successes and frustrations. Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills. Strong understanding of the sales-led growth model and sales strategies. Experienced in accurate sales forecasting and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Detail oriented, with good application of administrative tasks (note taking, scheduling follow up meetings) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Salary: Competitive base salary, depending on experience + commission structure.
Travel: Greater Melbourne, regional Victoria, and occasional interstate travel.
