Cabinetmaker

Job requirements:

Experienced cabinetmaker, joiner, or shopfitter to work on residential and commercial projects.
Located in Dubbo - a rapidly growing regional city 4.5 hours from Sydney in NSW (Australia).
Stable employment with an attractive hourly rate, monthly RDO, and overtime.
Remuneration will be based on experience.
Must be authorized to work in Australia without work visa sponsorship unless you are already in Australia and are seeking to transfer your work visa to a new employer.

Your tasks will include:

All facets of manufacturing and installing detailed joinery - kitchens and commercial and residential cabinetry.
Assembly of cabinetry and checking of work for quality assurance.
Reading shop drawings and ensuring accurate processing of materials.
An installation role would include some factory work but would also involve onsite skills such as the installation of cabinetry, benchtops, and associated joinery.
Adhering to all work health and safety (WHS) best practice.

To be successful in this position you will have:

Trade qualification or experience in this field.
A driver's license and construction White Card.
High attention to detail.
Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment with a great work attitude.

Remuneration will be based on experience. Above award may be paid for suitably experienced candidates.
Dubbo is a growing regional center with a population of about 40,000. It offers good educational and medical facilities as well as affordable housing.
