Adhere to all workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures, reporting any safety issues or hazards promptly. Keep the work area clean and monitor for any potential obstructions or risks. Mentor and train apprentices and work with students as required, sharing your expertise and knowledge. Identify and report machine or product issues to the Factory Manager to minimize the impact on production schedules. Actively participate in performance appraisals as scheduled.
