About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team at Lead Group.

Key ResponsibilitiesFollow design plans and blueprints to ensure accurate production of high-quality cabinets.Sand, finish, and polish completed pieces to a high standard, paying attention to detail and quality.Install hardware and other functional components as required, ensuring a seamless and professional finish.Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.RequirementsTrade qualification in cabinet making (Cert III) or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in cabinet making, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.Proficiency in operating various machines in the factory, with a willingness to learn and adapt.What We OfferCompetitive pay and benefits package, including opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
