We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join on an initial parental leave cover, with a view to becoming permanent. In this busy and varied role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to key members of the Scape Executive team. You will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and seamless day-to-day operations of these Executives, providing high-level support, facilitating smooth communication, and managing key tasks and projects.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, with strong stakeholder management skills, a down-to-earth approach and the ability to problem solve and proactively anticipate needs.
You will also have:
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Management or a related fieldPrevious experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives (legal/company secretarial/investment management department background preferred)Exceptional organisational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressureHigh level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentialityDetail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approachAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to changing prioritiesPERKS OF WORKING WITH SCAPE At Scape, we are all about keeping an open mind and spreading the good vibes.
