This role will be crucial to the expansion of WMR Pty Ltd.
Reporting to the CEO, it will improve our working relationships with our current customers and search for new clients.
It will establish relationships and develop growth while handling customer service tasks and operations while reporting to and assisting relevant stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the following:
Expand and obtain new working contracts Engage with clients continuously to understand new opportunities and develop existing opportunities in the area Meet or exceed annual KPIs Create and implement a recruitment strategy Negotiate, draft, and review contracts Write business proposals and present these to potential customers.
Operations and Customer Service:
Set up and update customer profiles by liaising with the operation and customer service stakeholders Regular meetings with the CEO Respond to both existing and new client requests Ensure compliance with OH&S standards of the organisation Administration tasks, such as invoicing Supervise and lead the current workforce Aid in implementing the current "Ranger Program" Reporting:
Submit the previous week's activity reports to relevant stakeholders To be successful, you will possess the following:
Minimum two to three years of business development or related experience Proficient knowledge of all facets of land management and employee relations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Sales-driven with a goal-oriented approach Basic financial knowledge, preferably in profitability and margins Ability to think laterally and create effective solutions to problems Land management expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr
