About the Role As a C&I Billing Lead you will be responsible for the quality delivery of all billing account setup, billing performance, analysis and service management required to support the sales and customer service for EnergyAustralia's portfolio of C&I customers for both Gas and Electricity.
Based in our vibrant office in Docklands, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in our C&I billing department.
The Billing team works with cross-functional groups of stakeholders to deliver high billing performance and also changes across current billing capabilities, with the objective of improving our customer experience and streamlining processes.
The team's work is predominantly based upon the customer experience and relies on cross-functional collaboration, commitment to ongoing business improvement and a tireless delivery mindset.
As C&I Billing Lead you will: ensure timely and accurate billing performance across the operational functions (EnergyAustralia and BPO vendors) to deliver the required customer experience and business plan targets;work with projects contributing to the achievement of business objectives and identifying opportunities to maximise the customer experience through the timely delivery of bills;develop quality assurance frameworks and ensure bills are compliant with all relevant regulations, environmental requirements, internal billing controls and audits;resolve outstanding exceptions to completion for a targeted group of customer accounts and ensure bills are generated accurately and on time;drive process improvement for C&I Billing processes.About You If you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with excellent analytical skills, and possess a strong background in energy billing or meter data, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
