For 2025, we are seeking a results-driven and strategic-thinking individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager who will oversee sales and growth throughout Central Queensland and Bowen Basin region targeting the mining, manufacturing, and associated industries offering our recruitment and labour hire services.
Key Responsibilities: Researching mining and manufacturing trends and identifying potential clients and prospective business opportunities Build and maintain rapport with client visits throughout the local and mining region servicing client's current and future workforce requirements Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's customer base Qualifications: Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles Familiarity with labour hire/recruitment agency/shutdown project works (highly regarded) Strong business acumen and sound understanding of market dynamics, laws, acts, and industrial awards Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Current driver license and ability for frequent travel around Queensland What We Offer: $130,000/annum + work vehicle + super Laptop and work phone Opportunity to advance your career If you are a goal-oriented professional with a passion for driving business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
