Our client, a leading trading firm, is looking to hire a C++ Developer for the growing team in Sydney. In this role, your work will involve optimizing performance, enhancing functionality, and ensuring the stability of the trading platform.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions.Continuously improve the performance, functionality, and stability of our trading platform.Analyze complex business and technical problems and propose effective solutions.Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions.Demonstrate proactive decision-making and take ownership of your work.Provide timely support for trading activities and resolve system issues.Skills and Qualifications: Strong passion for technology and software development.Expertise inC++ programming and 5+ years of relevant work experience.Ability to tackle open-ended problems and apply analytical methods.Solid understanding of designing and developing multi-threaded applications.Professional experience with distributed systems is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a dynamic trading environment.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Experience with proprietary trading is a plus, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
