Bazaarvoice seeks a talented business leader, ready to help shape and grow an exciting emerging marketing solution in APAC. Workingcloselywith ourAPACSales organisation,strategiccustomers,andkeyglobalstakeholders,theContent & Creators (C&C) Leadwill be responsible for driving revenue and market share forBazaarvoice'sC&Csolutions.
These solutions include programs to engage and sample products to consumers and influencers, driving ratings and reviews, photos, and social media posts for brands.
What you will be doing:Sales?Core focus of growing revenue for the APAC C&C business
?Responsible for meeting or exceeding APAC revenue quotas for APAC C&C business
?Collaborate with sales to identify strategic accounts &opportunities
?Run effective internal andcustomerdiscovery, support craft proposals and help sellers move opportunities forward.
?Assist internal teams inclientengagements to ensure relevant solution recommendations, long-termcustomerrelationships, maximum profit margin, and potential for future business growth through value-based solutionselling
?Educateandstrategize withMarketing,Business Developmentand Salesteamsto developaccount plans and strategies to help driveC&Cpipeline
?Oversee end-to-end customer lifecycle to ensure adoption of C&C solutions sold,and realisation of agreed business value andROI
?Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and educate sales team in all aspects of C&Csolutions
?Utilise sales processes and tools to manage APAC C&C book of business and provide timely and accurateforecasts
?Drive accountability, focus and visibility for our C&C solutionswith internal and externalstakeholders
Business Management?Using knowledge of economic, market, and industry trends, as well as internal data, to identify growth opportunities for APAC C&Cbusiness
?Develop and drive local go-to-market strategy for APAC C&Cbusiness
?Monitor and improve business health metrics for APAC C&C business (such as rebuy rates, time-to-value, NPS, etc)
?Determine the key business issues that might affect growth, efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of APAC C&Cbusiness
?Improve local pre-sales, sales and post-sales processes to drive business efficiency and customersatisfaction
?Collaborate with a wide set of functions intheC&C organisation, such as Product, Product Marketing, Delivery,andInsights, and advocate for localneeds
?Document internal processes, key accounts knowledge, and learnings related to APAC C&C business, including the management of localised sales materials andcustomersuccessstories
?Manage a small number of strategic trials for C&C solutions, specificallyforSocial Commerce and Affableproducts
Thought Leadership?Raise market awareness ofBazaarvoice'svalue proposition, specifically around the C&C solutionsInfluenster, Affable and Social Commerce through thought leadership (live educational sessions,workshops,webinars, and other marketing activity)
?Build and nurture relationships with brand managers, marketing, shopper marketing and digital teams across priorityaccounts
?Proactive drive collaboration with local and international teams
