Position Overview: Due to our continual growth in Outsourced Maintenance Services, TLR has secured a 5-year Maintenance Contract, and is seeking suitably qualified and experienced C8 Fitter for permanent full-time Night shift to join our onsite outsourced maintenance team at Braeside. REL Required or willing to obtain and reimbursed after 6 months.
Excellent Salary $96,000+ per annumShifts 7.6 per day with OT thereafter and Saturdays may be required to meet with Maintenance outcomes – At Award Penalty RatesSafety Focused Employer with over 8 years LTI FreeYou will be joining our existing team onsite and reporting to TLR's Maintenance Manager.
Role Requirements: Self-starter with mechanical and electrical aptitude.Attention to detail to work on your own or in a production team environment.Minimum of 2 years industrial experience in a maintenance environment.Demonstrate excellent communication skills and lateral thinking, with an analytical eye for problem solving, and able to read drawings & schematics.Leadership skills highly regarded.Preventative maintenance on plastics extruders and conveyors, pumps and gear boxes, shredders.Bearing experience is highly regarded.MIG and Arc welding is required.Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.Working at Heights, EWP and Forklift License required with recent industrial experience.REL or restricted Electrical license required or willing to obtainWhy TLR?
