About Your Position: C4I Integrator
The C4I Integrator is responsible for the planning, setup, configuration, and operation of C4I applications and systems in support of ADF training events.
This role requires a robust knowledge of ICT infrastructure, simulation services, and the operational C4I environment within military C2 structures.
The C4I Integrator ensures that C4I effects such as situational awareness, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance are realistically generated for the training audience.
The successful candidate must be flexible, able to work independently or as part of a team, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills due to the complexity of the C4I field.
Expect shift work and travel as part of your duties.
About You: The successful candidate/s will have:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
A current NV1 or higher security clearance.
Resilience - experience in a high-stress environment.
Windows 10 experience.
Operational military experience.
Operational knowledge of the ADF C4I environment.
Experience in RAAF, RAN, or Army C2 environments.
Desirable skills and experience include:
Atlassian product training - particularly JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket.
Microsoft Office (particularly Visio).
COP Management Course (ADF).
Intermediate TDL Course (ADF).
