This will be a hybrid role with 3 days from our brand new office (Macquarie Park) and 2 days remote as work from home. The office is in a high profile, modern campus featuring outstanding amenities including a childcare, gymnasium, large licensed café, metered street parking available for visitors and new end of trip facilities including showers, lockers and change rooms.
Conveniently located within walking distance to Macquarie Park Railway/metro station and bus stops as well as paid parking availability. The property also benefits from its proximity to the M2 Motorway providing a direct link to Sydney's CBD, Hills District, North Sydney and South to the airport via the Eastern Distributor.
About The Role:If you love researching properties and speaking to real estate agents then you'll love this role. You will work as part of a team to ensure the buying process is streamlined and everything runs smoothly through to settlement.
Key Responsibilities:Build rapport and relationships with real estate agents across key growth areasNegotiate on deals and prices with agentsDeliver exceptional customer service to real estate agents and build strong relationshipsLiaise with the account management and property management team to make sure clients are kept up to date about the process and key datesProvide administration and operation support to the teamSkills/Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in real estateAn understanding of how the buying process worksSelf-driven with a can-do attitudeApply today and give your career a boost you deserve!
