Duties Researching properties throughout Adelaide Taking buyer briefs from clients Managing client database Liaising with sales agents and staying in the loop with the current market Sourcing off-market properties Handling email and telephone enquiries Assisting with administration and document execution Attending property inspections Negotiating Purchasing properties on behalf of buyers The Candidate Experience as a Buyers Agent OR Residential Sales Agent Current SA Real Estate Licence Sharp, savvy, and hungry for success Strong communication skills both written and verbal Thorough understanding of the South Australian market Ability to build long-lasting client relationships Culture & Benefits Full time WFH Guaranteed leads Commission only role - HUGE OTE Training & support from industry leaders Opportunity to make this role YOUR own How to Apply
