Key Responsibilities:Taking detailed client briefs to understand clients' property goalsStaying abreast of market conditions, the real estate landscape, regulatory updates, and property newsSourcing potential properties across on-market, pre-market and off-market listings that tick your client's boxesConducting thorough research and due diligence to assess potential risksNegotiating purchase prices and terms to secure the most favourable deals for your clientsManaging relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction processBeing a master relationship builder, wowing your clients at every touchpoint, and securing repeat and ongoing businessQualificationsTo get amongst the action as an Aussie Buyer's Agent, you will:
