Role Overview: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and pricing models. Lead product lifecycle management from concept through to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring new, trend-driven jewellery collections to market. Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging trends in the jewellery and luxury goods sectors. Travel overseas up to four times a year to stay connected with global jewellery trends and innovations. Track product performance and adjust strategies to drive profitability and success. About You: 10+ years of buying experience, with a strong background in retail (B2C) or manufacturing (B2B), ideally within the jewellery or luxury goods sectors. Experience in commercial and wholesale buying, managing inventory, and leading end-to-end product portfolios. Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and partnering with key stakeholders such as the GM and Financial Controller to drive cost management and profitability. Deep understanding of gemstones, precious metals, jewellery fabrication, and supply chain management. Passionate about fashion and jewellery trends with an eye for innovation. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key business decisions.
