As a Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and driving the strategic direction of the lingerie category portfolio and leading the range building process of seasonal collections.
To be successful, we are looking for someone who is commercial and analytical in their thinking.
Key Responsibilities:The range building process in collaboration with planning and design to consider colour, shape, range sizing etcDrive regular reviews and updates of ongoing styles from a commercial and profitability lensAccountability for the accuracy of buy plans and delivery schedules and range buildingMonthly competitor analysis to ensure we're across market trends, both local and global – with regular visits to storesKeep up to date with consumer insights and market data to drive growth and opportunitiesTo be successful in the role you will have:Buying Experience in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and computer literacy including ExcelStrong stakeholder management skills with a willingness to be a team player and collaborate with cross-functional departmentsStrong numeracy and financial acumen, with sound analytical skills, using data to inform strategyResults driven and focused, with an ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities with a systematic approachWhat's in it for me?Amazing working culture, structured training & development programs, genuine internal career pathways … love coming to work!Huge staff discounts!
