We are now looking for a Buyer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement operations.

Joining a small, driven team, you will source, select and negotiate high-quality materials and products at competitive prices while working closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards.

Handling large contracts, you will identify and develop relationships with new suppliers while maintaining and strengthening partnerships with existing ones.

You will also manage a live purchasing system to keep track of critical stock orders, as well as contributing to forward planning and forecasting.

Additionally, you will:
Negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms Source materials aligned with our sustainability goals Actively manage stock levels to meet business and client needs Monitor and optimise inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking Attend tradeshows to gain valuable market insights and supplier engagement Handle customs and supply chain issues About You
To be considered as a Buyer, you will need:
Extensive experience as a buyer or in a procurement role, preferably in the fashion, textiles, or outdoor performance wear industry Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Webrecruit and Enduro are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
