Supplier Relationships & Cost Management : Cultivate strong supplier relationships, negotiate to reduce costs of goods, prioritise first-to-market launches, and secure supplier marketing support. Market Analysis : Stay informed on market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Range Review & Product Optimisation : Continuously enhance the product offering through thorough range analysis. Cross-Channel Communication : Build strong, open relationships with corporate and franchise stores through regular communications and visits.
