Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Range Review & Product Optimisation: Continuously enhance the product offering through thorough range analysis. Cross-Channel Communication: Build strong, open relationships with corporate and franchise stores through regular communications and visits.
