Wrights the Butchers is a leading Import, Export, Wholesale, and retail butchery company based in Alexandria. The company supplies restaurants, clubs, cafés, hotels, resorts, airlines, and cruise ships locally and internationally. Due to increased business, we seek fully qualified butchers who are able to assist with the daily operation of our wholesale and retail meat business and work with minimal management with a wage negotiable to match that person's experience. About the role We have several positions available in our wholesale factory and are seeking passionate and energetic tradespeople who are forward thinkers and have good time management skills.
We are looking for Portion Cutters, Order packers, and retail butchers who can assist with the daily preparation of orders for our Hotel and Restaurant clients and work with our other team members to rotate stock and stock levels for our Wholesale and retail stores.
This is a permanent hands-on role with an early start and finish so that previous experience would be an advantage.
