What the role looks like.
We are seeking a full time Qualified Butcher to join the busy team at our facility in Moorabbin for evening shifts - 5pm start time.
Your focus will be on preparing quality products for our retail stores in preparation for sale to our retail customers.
Preparation of products in a temperature-controlled environment including cutting, trimming and slicing
Maintaining general department cleanliness
Compliance will all relevant legislation, including Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety
Uphold and maintain uniform standards


Applicants must have:

Australian Certificate ||| in Meat Processing or equivalent Qualified Butcher
Committed to learning our products and being able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
Team player who prides themselves on detail
