Across these divisions, the company supplies to all areas of the hospitality industry, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, clubs, and resort groups, as well as servicing a number of other market segments, including health and aged care, education, aviation, and sporting venues.
Andrews Meat Industries has a vacancy for a Butcher to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry, whilst being the largest meat manufacturer and producer in Australia.
Work hours: 3.00am - 12noon Monday to Friday
About the role: We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who is looking for a hands-on position.

This is a full-time permanent role, based in Lidcombe. Work hours 38 hours minimum.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Large scale fresh meat handlingMeeting production schedules and KPI's/targetsCutting/trimming meat to customer specificationsWorking in cold environmentLine set up & dismantling of equipmentMaintaining high levels of hygieneDemonstrating good safety practicesOther related activities as required by team leadAbout you: Full work rights – essential e.g., citizen, permanent resident holderAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong organisational and time management skillsExperience in food manufacturing industryBenefits include (but not limited to): Retail discounts with national partnersOnsite physiotherapistDiscounted staff meat ordersEmployee Assistance Program (counselling)What next?
