We're seeking a dedicated butcher to bring their expertise and leadership to multiple locations in South Australia.
Locations: North Adelaide ( Peterborough, Barmera, Kapunda, Port Augusta ) Pay Rate: $29-32/hr (with overtime opportunities) Position Type: Full-time, temp-to-permanent Schedule: Set roster with weekend shifts required Key Responsibilities: Meat Preparation: Expertly cut, process, and package a variety of meats.
Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and ensure efficient supply control.
Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service and maintain strong customer relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience working as a butcher in a fast-paced environment.
C ertificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent certification.
Competence with industry tools and equipment (cutlery, saws, mincers).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in cold environments and handle lifting (10-35kg).
