Subway Meats are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Butcher to join their team in Wingfield SA 5013.

The Successful Candidate Will Need To Undertake And Possess: Prepare meat for wholesale and retail sale using a wide variety of processes.Remove bones, trim fat, and cut, mince, and grind meat to shape and size as ordered.Prepare crumbed cuts of meat, and marinate, season, and cure special cuts.Select and prepare meat to produce smallgoods.Operate machines to grind, mix, mince, and tenderise meat.Make seasonings and pickles by mixing spices, salt, and other ingredients.Operate sausage filling machines, smoking chambers, and cooking kettles and vats.Skills And Abilities: Must have 3 years' experience as a Butcher.Certificate III in Meat Processing or related Qualification.OH&S awareness.Food Handling and RSA certificates required.Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience.

Fulltime Position available.
