About you You will share our belief in providing quality fresh food direct from local farmers and producers, at the best possible price with outstanding service to our valued guests. You are professional and engaging in your customer service - An expert in preparing value added meat and poultry products who wishes to apply their skills to a dynamic and fast growing local business.
To be successful in this role you will have a background in the independent butcher sector with experience working in a retail environment. You'll have a flair for presenting and dressing a cabinet to be visually appealing to passing customers.
