Butcher Assistant

Sacca's is a fast-growing family business and is well known for our fresh produce and great service to the community.
Sacca's Fine Foods is opening our brand new store in Epping in December.
We are on the lookout for experienced Butcher Assistants and customer service team members.

A typical day will consist of serving customers, weighing and packing, slicing smallgoods, making product lines (i.e., beef, pork, lamb, etc.
), and display and merchandising trays.
Good communication skills, a great work ethic, food handling skills, and hygienic practices are needed.
Experience around a butcher shop or in the meat industry is a bonus but not essential.
