Butcher Assistant

Sacca's Fine Foods is opening our brand new store in Epping in December. We are on the lookout for experienced Butcher Assistants and customer service team members. If you have relevant experience, please apply. Please note only successful applicants will be contacted.
A typical day will consist of serving customers, weighing and packing, slicing smallgoods, making product lines (i.e., beef, pork, lamb, etc.), and display and merchandising trays.
Good communication skills, a great work ethic, food handling skills, and hygienic practices are needed. Experience around a butcher shop or in the meat industry is a bonus but not essential.
We require: Availability on weekends Food handling experience is desirable Experience working in a butcher shop is desirable Great attitude and strong work ethic are a must Customer service experience is a must Job Type: Casual
Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
