Job Description About the role...
The purpose of this position is to provide accurate and timely financial management reports and data analysis to the management team and Board.
Provide proactive analysis of cost drivers to better understand core profitability of the business and make recommendations to improve financial performance across the business.

Possession of a qualification as a Certified Practicing Accountant or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, Aurion, and ELMO including user security and access, setting up entities/workflows, and managing upgrade rollouts.
Previous experience in a similar role, including sound knowledge of financial practices to provide accurate and timely financial management reports and data analysis.
Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and the impact of future changes.
Experience with Excel and other reporting systems.
Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and use of data, problem-solving, and analysis.
Experience with complex integrated business systems for medium to large accounting software.
Initiative and motivation to positively progress tasks.
