About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance Team towards achieving its strategic objectives through the implementation of innovative financial management strategies.

Position Overview
Responsible for statutory reporting to meet compliance outcomes.
Lead the strategic financial plan, annual budget process and management accounting requirements.
Provide timely and accurate information and advice to the General Manager Corporate and Finance and Senior Executive Group (SEG) to ensure sound business decisions can be made on reliable information.
Monitoring and reporting revenue and expenditure using internal finance systems.
Develop budgets and project funding allocations in order to sustain Busselton Water's high standards in the provision of water services to our local community and region.
Demonstrate flexibility in work practices and automation techniques that provides a positive customer service experience.
Manage the Finance team as well as providing leadership support to the General Manager Corporate and Finance.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a finance role.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
