It's a tier 1 company and one of the best brands in the industry!A unique opportunity has opened up to lead one of their franchises (surgical implants) as Business Unit Manager ANZ - you will be responsible for managing the full ANZ P&L as well as the local sales team as second line manager. The role oversees other functions such as marketing, RA/QA, and finance as part of a matrix structure and per dotted line. This company is looking for an experienced, dynamic, hands-on, and successful business leader to take and transition this successful business from its market-leading position to further strength. We are looking for a strong and true sales leader who has a wealth of people leadership experience as well as experience driving positive commercial outcomes. Other focus areas are to drive commercial agreements with key customers, NPIs, KOL development, and collaborating with key organizations in the healthcare space.
