Your Role: As our Business Unit Leader, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and profitability. Your knack for understanding market potential will guide you in building strong relationships with vendors and resellers, identifying new opportunities, and leading your team to success. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key vendors and resellers using a business development mindset Proactively engaging with resellers and the sales team to generate demand for key product categories in the portfolio Communicating the product positioning, identifying target audiences with specific objectives to improve customer engagement Effectively lead and manage the performance of your team members. Leading by example and providing clear and positive leadership to create and maintain a vibrant, high performing culture of accountability Driving portfolio profitability through strategic negotiation and product innovation Providing key input to Product Managers and the Marketing team to maintain and grow our position in the market Skill Requirements: We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for technology and business growth.
