We're dedicated to a future where we deliver exceptional care to our aged and community care clients through innovative services and passionate team members.About the roleA key role in our Aged & Community Services, this twelve-month contract position will define, plan, and deliver a program of work to support ASQ's transformation strategy through a period of significant government reform.You will lead by coordinating the program of activities that support changes to our business models, by responding to the changes in funding and services outlined in the Australian Governments Aged Care Reforms with an emphasis on the Support at Home Program.
About youYou will have extensive experience in providing high level specialist advice to Senior Managers and key internal stakeholders within the organisation on program impacts, implementation strategy and execution.Key requirements Extensive and relevant experience delivering business transformation projects (essential) Ability to both scope and lead a complex program of work from definition to deployment and post implementation support Experience in business case development, planning all aspects, developing plans, schedules, budgets, scope, managing issues & risks and monitoring & reporting progress.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and techniques i.e., PMBOK, Prince2, Agile Experience within the Aged and/or Community Services sector (highly desirable) Why Join Anglicare?
