About the Position... We have an opportunity for a Business Trainer and Assessor to join the team.
A part time flexible role working 3 days a week, based out of our Cairns facility, you are responsible for the delivery of quality training and assessment services to Skill360 Australia clients including students undertaking traineeships and school students.
So, what does an everyday look like?
Be responsible for the delivery of Certificate II in Workplace Skills, Certificate III in Business and various New Business skillsets to our internal school network and external clients undertaking traineeships.
Participate in course development/improvement opportunities and validation exercises of training and assessment resources.
Develop and maintain training plans/schedules to ensure student progression and successful completion of training.
Assist in promoting training and assessment products of Skill360 Australia to potential clients.

About you Must hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or; TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B Or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education Must hold the relevant qualifications in Business.
Must have an up-to-date skills matrix including industry currency and professional development log, or willing to put one together.
Possession of, or ability to possess a Blue Card Have the ability to proactively build and manage business relationships with current and prospective customers, business partners and other stakeholders.
Must have experience in delivering accredited training in the relevant field.
Experience delivering training and assessment to marginalised and disadvantaged at risk youth desirable however not essential for this role.
