Programmed Training Services in partnership with Qube has an exciting opportunity for you to join Qube's Cadet program in Adelaide.
Qube is Australia's largest integrated provider of import and export logistics services with national operations that provide a broad range of services.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are able to commit to a full-time 2 year traineeship program, with a "can do" attitude, strong work ethics, drive to learn, a strong focus on safety and being a reliable individual. The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics and/or transport industry via Qube.
Throughout the course of the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, but there are regular check-ins with the Qube team so you can stay engaged with your Qube journey.
Duties include (but not limited to):

Communicate effectively with Operators through the Container Park
Courteous and efficient processing of driver's documentation
Timely response to issues raised by major clients and customers with courtesy at all times
Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure sound ongoing business relationships are maintained
Problem solve using own initiative, keeping Qube Logistics clients updated with progress on transportation issues

All of our cadets have the opportunity to choose if they would like to further their education while completing the program, with a number of certificates available, including:

Cert III in Business
Cert III in Supply Chain Operations

As well as other Qube-approved certification depending on the Cadet role, location and our business needs
