We are seeking motivated and driven candidates who have a high attention to detail and who enjoy working with computers to undertake this entry-level administration role.
We are currently looking for an outstanding Customer Relations / Asset Manager Assistant to join our team of professionals and work closely alongside our Asset Management & Sales teams.

Duties may include but are not limited to: Answering the phone and directing to appropriate peopleTaking messages and managing emailsData entry, filing and scanningCustomer service – in person and over the phoneUse of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programsAdministrative support to Asset Management & Sales teamsEffectively liaise with tenants, landlords, suppliers, new enquiries & the WPC TeamApplicants will ideally meet the following criteria: An ability to learn new software quicklyWork efficiently with attention to detailOutstanding telephone mannerAbility to work within a time-critical environment with exceptional time managementSuperior level of customer service and rapport building skillsExceptional facilitation in problem solvingA current certificate of Registration in QLD is ideal although not necessary to be successful, we would expect the successful applicant to obtain the Salesperson & Property Manager's certificate soon afterHave a current Australian Driver's LicenceWhat we offer: Boutique office with a leading brand in the marketFun team and great working environmentLots of progression and growth on offerMonday – Friday!Award wages (paid fortnightly) + Super + Holiday Leave Loading + Allowances.Full-time employment/contract.Upon completion: Certificate III in Business.A dedicated Field Officer to support you during your traineeship.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist you with your personal wellbeing.We believe in looking after our staff, being flexible towards their needs and having open communication.
