We are seeking motivated and driven candidates who have a high attention to detail and who enjoy working with computers to undertake this entry-level administration role. We are currently looking for an outstanding Customer Relations / Asset Manager Assistant to join our team of professionals and work closely alongside our Asset Management & Sales teams.

Duties may include but are not limited to: Answering the phone and directing to appropriate people Taking messages and managing emails Data entry, filing and scanning Customer service – in person and over the phone Use of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs Administrative support to Asset Management & Sales teams Effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, suppliers, new enquiries & the WPC Team Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria: An ability to learn new software quickly Work efficiently with attention to detail Outstanding telephone manner Ability to work within a time-critical environment with exceptional time management Superior level of customer service and rapport building skills Exceptional facilitation in problem solving A current certificate of Registration in QLD is ideal although not necessary to be successful, we would expect the successful applicant to obtain the Salesperson & Property Manager's certificate soon after Have a current Australian Driver's Licence What we offer: Boutique office with a leading brand in the market Fun team and great working environment Lots of progression and growth on offer Monday – Friday!
