Your new role We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Service Delivery team as Business & Technical Analyst on a full-time, fixed term basis to 30 June 2026. Reporting to the Manager - Service Delivery, the role will lead the establishment and enhancement of standard methods, tools and practices for business analysis, converting business requirements into technical requirements for IBAC's Enterprise System enhancement project.
Duties include: Analyse, understand and document business and technical processes (current state - future state gap analysis) for the Enterprise System enhancement project.Elicit business requirements for systems and critical enhancements through conducting workshops and other methods.Document and develop business requirements and technical specifications for the project.Work closely with IT teams to understand the organisational technology, systems and processes.We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities: A tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in Business Analysis is essential.Significant experience in business analysis in complex organisations is essential.Experience extracting user stories from business representatives that help to generate test plans.Experience converting business requirements into technical specifications.Excellent IT and business acumen skills with the ability to communicate technology projects outcomes to stakeholders.Additional duties and technical requirements for the role are set out in the position description.
Due to the requirement to attain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance, candidates must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
