Right now, to support our mission, Raytheon Australia is currently seeking a motivated Business Team Lead who is ready to join a diverse, talented, and enthusiastic team of professionals supporting the Royal Australian Navy's Surface Fleet as part of the Minor Vessel Capability Life Cycle Manager team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all Business CPT support service activities in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.Develop and foster effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including internal and functional stakeholders as well as the customer, the Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG).Identify and escalate potential program risks and issues to Program Senior Leadership.As the Risk Manager for the Program, chair the monthly Risk Review Board to ensure threats and opportunities are identified, assessed and managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.Identify, facilitate and support Continuous Improvement and Efficiency initiatives within the Business CPT and wider Program.Coordinate the collection, review and reporting of monthly Program metrics.Work in close collaboration with other Program managers to maintain the Program Resource Management Plan including monthly reporting.Act as main Point of Contact between the Program and the Raytheon Australia corporate support functions.Manage team performance to achieve business goals and objectives through use of the company's performance and development cycle.Act in accordance with the company expectations relating to professional workplace behaviour, maintaining confidentiality and environmental, health, safety and wellbeing outcomes.Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Exceptional leadership, organisational, written and verbal communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to work autonomously or with minimal supervision to ensure delivery of completed work according to agreed schedule.Experience with detailed performance measurement analysis, schedule and cost integration and managing Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).4+ years of experience in PMO or project management.Strong leadership skills, with ability to establish strong working relationships and build customer rapport to influence stakeholders for the best program outcomes.Available to undertake travel where necessary to meet requirements of the role.Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to Negative Vetting Level 1.
