Business Systems Manager

We're on the lookout for a Business Systems Manager for our tier one client based South of Perth. It's an awesome role where you get to provide strategic tech guidance and lead a team focused on enhancing their business systems.
You'd be the go-to person for all things related to their workforce systems. That means managing the day-to-day operations, projects, and resources for the team, making sure everything lines up with what their stakeholders need and organisation priorities. Plus, you'd be diving into platforms like Workday, Ascender, Xetta Pay, and Locomote, providing strategic direction on how you use them to their fullest potential. Basically, you'd be leading the charge on keeping their finance and human capital management systems in tip-top shape.
Our client has requested for someone with a relevant degree or equivalent skills, plus experience managing teams in the enterprise software space. You should be a pro at handling complex projects and have a good grasp of modern software delivery lifecycles and DevOps practices. Oh, and experience working in Agile environments is a big plus!
We need someone with top-notch planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. And of course, a good dose of accountability and urgency never hurt anyone. Plus, you've gotta be a great leader who can motivate your team to crush their objectives and deliver top-quality service.
