Purpose The Business Systems Engineer adds unique value by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, enhancing organizational efficiency and ensuring that systems are tailored to meet the specific needs of the business.
Required Experience working in industries such as finance, insurance, or other regulated environments. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology implementation, preferably in an Agile environment. Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and practices (desired). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in value stream teams. Proven ability to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, user stories, and process flows. Familiarity with specific industry regulations or standards relevant to the business domain. Familiarity with system integration concepts and working knowledge of APIs. Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, such as ERP, CRM, or other cloud-based systems.
