About the role We are looking for a talented Business Systems Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and following up on missing documents across stores, addressing issues that could affect multiple locations and stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify process gaps that may hinder business efficiency and contribute to improving overall operations.


Role Responsibilities Document and troubleshoot system issues which will include re-testing software before deploying into production at stores or Head OfficeDevelop testing criteria and help brainstorm scenarios to be considered, utilising experience gained at store level or in similar roleCreate internal and external communication to prepare stakeholders for the changes and monitor potential issues after the cut overFollow up stakeholders (e.g Suppliers) to resend, amend or review their documents to provide HO and stores the information required to close the loop on the order to invoice (credits if required) processConduct testing on internal applications and understand the basics of how the system interacts with external applications to provide HO & stores data on Orders, Invoices and CreditsRaise awareness and identify internal or external gaps which may be preventing the company from running as smooth & effectively to be reviewed for positive change Skills and experience Skills Clear communication – verbal and writtenCritical thinking with the ability to identify patterns and problem solveEmpathetic and positive attitude to workIntermediate Office suite knowledge Experience Chemist Warehouse or Retail experienceSupervisor or management experienceTrained team members in a similar role to their own experience What's in it for you Friendly and supportive team environmentDiscounts across all of our brands!Ongoing training and professional developmentFree flu vaccinationsAccess to EAP and support services
