Location: Brisbane Type: Contract Job #16416 Overview The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in assisting our client to deliver a replacement Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) service.
They will be responsible for understanding the business needs, analysing processes, and translating requirements into a requirements specification.
The BA will then contribute to the successful implementation of new services including documenting and optimizing our business operations.
Key accountabilities (The results and outcomes this role has ownership of) Elicit and analyse business needs to determine requirements.
Lead the analysis and definition of business processes and procedures.
Define business requirements and develop Business Requirements Specification.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Traceability matrix.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the design and documentation of system processes and work instructions to align with business process.
Support quality assurance activities through all test phases to ensure traceability, alignment to business requirements and outcomes.
Support organisational change activities including identifying change impacts, training needs, and assisting with communications and transition activities to ensure business readiness.
Assist in the identification and management of issues and risks.
Assist in project planning, delivery and reporting on assigned work packages.
