Good domain knowledge on Banking like Internet Banking, Mobile Banking channels and Payments.
Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (External Vendors, Business heads, SME, Testers, Developers, etc.,) to gather and communicate business requirements.
Good experience in breaking down huge requirements from identifying EPIC, writing user stories using JIRA and acceptance criteria for UAT testers, breakdown the user stories into tasks and sub tasks, preparing Kanban Board and doing sprint planning.
Flexible to work in different project methodologies i.e.
waterfall, agile, hybrid.
Assist with the preparation for and facilitation of client workshops, document meeting notes, coaching the team for agile and shielding the development team.
Experience on documentation of as-is and to-be functionality, writing the Functional Specification Documents (FSD), drawing user Flow diagrams using Visio, preparing requirement traceability matrix, data mapping documents, and knowledge sharing documents in Confluence.
Experience in doing RCA for defects in UAT, taking Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) on the identified vital root causes using PARETO charts.
Mandatory Skills: Solid knowledge of "Use Case" and other requirements documentation methodologies.
Experience with functional design including wireframes, swim-lanes activity diagrams.
Experience in creating technical specifications, BRDs, FSDs, test plans, test cases.
Produces results with high volume and quality.
Comprehensive knowledge of the project life cycle and industry standard project management and business analysis methodologies.
Self-starter with willingness / ability to work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare material and providing training and assistance to end-users following implementation.
Work with users, design new features and applications including requirements gathering, development, implementation, managing change records and source control.
Collaborate within a small team environment to diagnose and implement fixes.
Create written business requirement documentation.
Contributes to successful project completion by identifying risks and developing / recommending mitigation.
Partners with technology peers to recommend technology investments.
Promotes a standardized set of best practices, processes and documentation used in technology projects.
Understand customer needs to translate those to the delivery team.
Single point of contact driving the creation and completion of requirements per project.
Actively engage stakeholders in defining requirements.
