Australian Passive Fire is a Sydney based passive fire protection company providing fire protection services to a range of builders, service trades and facility management companies throughout NSW. We are currently looking for experienced passive fire ICT Business Analyst to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are passionate about their work, willing to be flexible and are keen to learn from a team of highly skilled professionals. Required: Identifies, investigates, and analyses business processes, procedures and work practices Support, automate and perform report writing on the key business system Initiating, managing and documenting business requirements through the information process including scheduling all agreed activities Improving business performance by recommending and assessing the feasibilities of new and innovative approaches or technologies to solving business problems and addressing areas of poor performance or complex operational demand Support, automate and perform report writing on the key business system Analysing source system data to understand the data structures, definition and anomalies These also include Managing project progress and adapting work as required. Ensuring projects meet deadlines.· Managing relationships with all stakeholders.· Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentations. Takes responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing ITP's, which ensures acceptable quality and integrity of the system Development and implementation of training sessions for site staff Development of functional specifications Uses data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software Acts as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process Forecast operational requirements. Regular auditing of system input data to ensure conformance to requirements. Develop and lead project planning sessions Identifies and evaluates inefficiencies and recommends optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour Uses project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects Great work attitude and willingness to learn Attractive remuneration and a host of other benefits are available for the right candidates.
