Business Systems Analyst / Solutions Consultant

About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. As a solutions consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing pre – sales consulting and support to our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare high – leve l technical materials for proposals, ensuring that the solutions align with the business needs of our clients and the functionality of our core platforms. In addition, you will be involved in eliciting, analysing, and managing the business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements. You will actively participate in solution functional design in collaboration with our implementation teams. Your expertise in wireframing and documenting design documentation will be essential, and you will also provide ongoing support to our implementation teams as an internal product owner.
About you: To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 4 years of work experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or Project Manager, with a significant portion of tha t experience focused on eCommerce. You should possess a diverse range of skills and experience in the following areas:
Conducting presentations and workshops involving business and technical stakeholders. Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business, fun ctional, and nonfunctional requirements. Previous experience in a Business Systems Analyst role working with Magento, Adobe Commerce or other eCommerce platform. Ability to prepare concise and comprehensive business and technical documentation. Proficiency in product demonstration and training. Strong proficiency in wireframing and prototyping solutions. At least 2 years of experience in the digital and/or eCommerce sector, with expertise in working with eCommerce platforms, CMS, Analytics suites (GA, other s), EDM, and other core digital platforms. Structured project management experience, including scope definition, decomposition, estimation, and project planning. Possession of a relevant Bachelor's diploma. As this role involves direct interaction with cus tomers, we expect you to demonstrate the following attributes:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer – facing positions. Proven ability to solve problems and thin k creatively. Ability to work effectively in cross – functional and geographically distributed teams. A stand – out candidate will possess experience or expertise in some of the following areas:
Knowledge of Magento and Adobe platforms. Technical or developmen t background. Proficiency in UML (Unified Modeling Language).Experience working in a mature Agile environment.Ability to elicit and document requirements for system and data integration. Experience working with ERP, POS, WMS, or other commerce IT systems. Experience in pre – sales support, strategy consulting, business case development, and UX design and research. Understanding of enterprise – level infrastructure for eCommerce. Data analysis experience or proficiency with data analysis tools. Knowledg e of relational and NoSQL databases. PMI certifications, BABOK, or other BA certifications, and TOGAF certification.
