Position Overview: As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key player in our business transformation and growth plans.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define system requirements, analyse processes, and develop technological solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
Your primary focus will be on introducing and improving our client-facing portal, working alongside the Chief Systems Architect to drive this pivotal project and manage the associated changes.
We seek to appoint a highly capable technology professional who is experienced in delivering an organisation-wide digital transformation program with the added responsibility of identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance system performance and business operations.
The person appointed will bring a strong track record of strategy execution and delivery, particularly around the quality of the customer experience.
Key to your success will be your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
You will also be responsible for providing end user training and support to aid in system adoption.
