Business Systems Analyst

Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) Full time AUD 115000 - 125000 per annum, Enhanced Super Professional Search Group are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced ICT professional to join one of the local councils as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on their technology implementation project.
In this role, you will report to the PMO Lead and serve as a vital link between their technology and business operations.
You will be a technical business analyst and have experience within system configurations across the Technology One system.
Key Responsibilities:Work with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements related to TechnologyOne.Create clear documentation, like business cases and process maps, to support project work.Analyse current systems and processes to find areas for improvement and suggest solutions.Help configure and customise TechnologyOne to fit business needs.Provide support and training to users to help them adapt to TechnologyOne.Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.About You:Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, especially with TechnologyOne.A good understanding of business processes and systems.Strong communication skills to work well with others.Ability to create clear documentation and process maps.Experience leading workshops and training sessions.The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.Previous experience working in another council authority would be an advantage.If you think you have the right experience and would like to discuss further, please send your CV to or call me for a confidential chat on .
