We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the design and conceptualization of the entire system. This role involves assessing processes, analysing business needs, developing functional designs, overseeing development, and offering user support. You will also serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, working closely with technical departments to enhance system requirements.
What you will do as a Business Systems Analyst:Assist with overall system design and concept, including process review, business analysis, functional design, development, and user support.Facilitate flow of information between business stakeholders and development team at all stages of the project to ensure delivery is on time, within budget and in line with business expectations.Apply broad understanding of Agile systems development methodologies.Work with stakeholders to design processes and user interfaces with good usability, and communicate any impediments, changes to the scope or business priorities.Produce acceptance criteria that are complete and unambiguous for business stakeholders and the development team.Validate completeness and accuracy of acceptance criteria with relevant stakeholders and obtain sign off prior to committed development timeframe.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies (e.g. Cyber security) are adhered to in acceptance criteria and daily activities.Ability to present proposed solutions, demonstrate functional software, and coordinate user acceptance testing.Liaise and manage relationships with scrum teams, as well as internal and external clients.Actively participate and contribute to team discussion and be an advocate for the team.Create and maintain process and knowledge-based documentation.What you'll need to succeed:Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years' experience as a business systems analyst or related role.General knowledge of financial markets, trading, platform industry, accounting procedures & organisation operations.Excellent analysis and design skills with technical problem solving required to develop applications used in enterprise systems.Sound experience in an Agile development methodology.Excellent verbal, written & negotiation skills.Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environment.Benefits and Perks:Employee Share Scheme: Receive tax-free shares on an annual basis (permanent employees only).Unlimited Access to internal and external learning: Learn, grow, and develop with us.Added purchase and bonus leave: Purchase 2 extra weeks of additional leave per year on top of your standard 4 weeks, plus an extra 5 days if you use your 20 days of leave within 12 months.Volunteer Day: 1 day Volunteer Day to use on your charity of choice.Enhanced Parental Leave: We offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave in addition to statutory government leave.Flexible Working: We offer hybrid working arrangements.HUBlife: Enjoy a huge range of discounts including health, wellness and financial with our corporate partner.Employee Assistance Program: Well-being Service provided to you plus your family members.We pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer of choice where our people can bring their whole selves to work and feel 100% safe and supported to do so.
