We are currently undertaking our largest digital health transformation initiative to date, which will improve the way we provide patient care, as well as how we provide forensic and analytical science services to help solve crimes. Help create the state Pathology service for the next generation as the new Quality Management Information System Business Systems Analyst! The team is located on the beach in Newcastle or in Sydney across both of our St. Leonards and Chatswood corporate offices. What we can offer you Accrued Days Off in addition to Annual Leave  Generous salary packaging options and other fringe benefits  Corporate wellbeing programs, including the Fitness Passport Learning and development opportunities, including in-house training with RTO My Health Learning What you'll be doing The QMIS Business Systems Analyst, will work with scientific, clinical, quality and technology experts across NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) to apply cutting edge technology to coordinate and action the migration of appropriate NSWHP documents, records and associated metadata into the new State-wide Quality Management Information System (QMIS). This will include participating in planning, selection, record keeping and actioning the movement of documents and records into the new State-wide QMIS in line with direction from the Fusion Program Team. Fusion is a comprehensive program of work that aims to standardise, streamline, and integrate pathology services through digital transformation over the next five years Interested in joining Australia's largest public pathology service? Demonstrated experience in document and/or record management or similar roles. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Microsoft 365 product family including SharePoint and/or Power Platform Proficiency in maintaining data integrity during migration processes. Ability to perform software product testing and defect documentation and assist training users with the software product and processes. Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.  Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.   New to NSW Health Pathology?  The preferred candidate may be required to undergo a functional assessment prior to appointment.
